Using XRay add-in , can we import all manual test cases at a time to Jira?

Hi Team,

We are planning to use XRay add-in for JIRA as a test management tool.. Currently all our manual test cases were in Lotus Notes. My ask was can we pull all the cases at a time form Lotus Notes and can upload to JIRA server at a time instead of each case?

thank you for evaluating Xray for JIRA.

Yes it's possible to import all Test Cases at once in Xray.  Xray uses "External System Import" from JIRA. You have to list your Test cases in a CSV file with a specific format, so it can be interpreted by Xray when creating Manual Test Steps.

We provide a tool to convert your original CSV file to a CSV file that can be import by JIRA and interpreted by Xray.

As of Xray v2.1, you can use the built-in Test Case Importer, which makes this process even easier.
