Visual SQL

Hi,

We are currently using Jira Cloud as well as Jira Service Management.

Came across one product - Visual SQL (Which is in Beta https://support.atlassian.com/analytics/docs/what-is-visual-sql/ ) 

I do not find the right steps to even explore this product. 

Can anyone help?

Hi @Rohit , 

the product you're looking at is actually included in Enterprise licenses only at the moment. It's called Atlassian Analytics : https://support.atlassian.com/analytics/resources/

You can see the following message : 

Atlassian Analytics is in open beta

Only customers with a Cloud Enterprise plan for Jira Software or Jira Service Management have access to Atlassian Analytics.

So you might not have access to it if you don't already have an Enterprise license (usually for customers with 1000+ users on Atlassian products).

For those not having enterprise license and thus access to the awesome Atlassian Analytics, this app might do the job: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1236416/sql-for-jira-cloud 

It provides SQL capabilities for Jira Cloud so you would be able to query your data with SQL.
