What inbetween upgrades do I need to make when upgrading from Jira Software 7.2.0 to 8.2.1?

I assume I need to upgrade in steps. Can someone tell me which versions between I need when upgrading from Jira Software 7.2.0 to 8.2.1

Hi @Sandra _Mindville_ ,

Officially, there is no recommended upgrade path/version between these 2 versions.

My advise is however upgrade to JIRA 7.13 first which is the latest minor version of JIRA 7 but close enough to JIRA 8(chances they would have some similar requirements is higher).

After this, upgrade to JIRA 8.2.1.

Please read the upgrade notes of both versions and the versions in between before proceeding.
