I have a discussion with a friend, I read all the information and to me to create an issue collector you need

- Jira Admin or Project admin

and Create issue permission.

With just those two is enough. Correct?

Hi @Petter Gonçalves ,

is that information still valid? The point 1 under the section `Edit issue collector` says:
"Log in to JIRA as a project administrator or a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission."
