I am a Jira Admin. At some point when we upgraded to 4.5.6, I saw the "customize" button on our service portal and clicked it. Suddenly, the appearance of my portal changed completely. And I can't change it back? How do I change it back?! No one else's portal looks like this.

Now it looks like this! I wouldn't care except I sometimes teach users how to use the portal, and it confuses them. Thanks for any help!
the assumption it could be something on your local machine is an interesting way of approaching the problem - so have you the option to try a different browser (just for a short moment? Like Chrome/Firefox/Microsoft Edge). You could test and double check if the portal looks the same then.

Daniel
