Hi,

I couldn't see the issues which are assigned to me on the assigned to me tab on Your Work.

Any thoughts?

Hello Samuel,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to make some questions.

  • When did this issue start?
  • Is it happening to other users that have the same permissions as you?
  • If you go to Filter's page and search for assignee = currentUser() AND resolution = Unresolved does it show all the tickets assigned to you?

Regards,
Angélica

Hi Angelica,

Thanks for the reply.

Yes it is actually, the third point which you have mentioned. I just made resolution field availble to all the issue types in the project. Now "your work tab" is showing all the unresolved issues. It's working fine now.
