could not find Edit Options for custom field.

 I need to disable an option in a custom field, but I did not find any Edit Options link after configure .

we are using jira 7.10.0 datacenter version. Please help us to disable an option in future use.

What is the type of the custom field? Could you make a screenshot of this custom field in the Issues -> Custom Field vew?

Click the Configure option. There will the Edit Options button:

And Product Line is a multi-select field?

Yes, it is a multi-select field.

It is not a single select custom type field. It has the Label Manager type. it means that this field is from a plugin and if a field is shown as a dropdown list, it does not mean that this field has a single select type. Moreover it means that it is not a single select type. It just looks like this on the screen.

If the developer of this plugin does not provide this feature, then you can not disable an option.

I've seen this add-on before, it does not have options like multi-select lists because the list is generated by looking at your labels.

To change the options it offers you, you need to add or remove labels from the issues.
