disable captcha for a user

Hi, 

We have a specific user which is used for a lot of automatic processes, 

from time to time this user is get locked, hence automatic processes fails. 

Any was to disable captcha for a specific user?

To do that, you would have to do some heavy code changes in JIRA's source code. There's no way to disable CAPTCHA just for a single user.

Captcha is turned off for everyone in my organization.  However, I continue to have the captcha prompt appear.  Any idea on why that is, and how to turn that off?
