I am new to eazybi.
I imported some issues in a jira project into eazybi and successful.
but when I click the analyze page, the below erorr is appear.
when I click the close button, and I can not see any avaiable dimension.
How can I do to fix it. thanks

Following your prompts. I entered the "Settting " page and found a red warning "Child process NOT RUNNING".
The separate child JVM process is not necessarily for me. I disable the checkbox "Launch a separate child JVM process.......", and the probbem is gone.

The error could mean that the eazyBI child process has yet to start, and you are trying to view reports. There can be various causes for that.
