how to calculate custom fields value using Jira Misc custom fields plugin

Hi,

I want to calculate two custom fields value. i configured fields but fields are not visible on the issue screen and also please suggest where should i add the script to get the result.

for ex.

two fields: A) Business Value B) Technical Value

i need sum value of above "Business Value" and "Technical Value"  into "overall Value" field.

Please help. attached file of all the three fields configuration.

the third field is the calculated field, and it seems properly configured. But shouldn't the first two be standard Number custom fields, into which users will actually be able to input values?

Thank you so much for reply on this. 

Admin/contributor level user will put value into first 2 fields. these would be used for demand issue type. 

which script should i add for first two field so i am able to see those on create issue screen?

Hi Subhash,

you don't need any script to show the two number fields on the create issue screen. They are just two standard Number custom fields from Jira.

The calculated field, "Overall Value", on the other hand, needs to be a Calculated number custom field form JMCF and configured as you already did (you'll need to update the customfield IDs though once you recreate the first two fields). However, note that the overall value will _not_ appear on the Create screen, only on the Issue View screen.
