So Im trying to get it set up to where when a customer responds to a ticket, it jumps back to 'Waiting for Support'. Here is the workflowWith Automation, here is the current setup with the error:

You are getting the error because there is not "Re-Open Ticket" transition from the Resolved status, based on your workflow the only transition you have from Resolved is Close. You would need to add a "Re-Open Ticket" transition from Resolved to Waiting for support for the automation to work.
