×Is it a cloud or server environement?
There's nothing you can do with "service desk is slow".
When something is slow, you need to look at where and why. "It's slow" is useless as a diagnostic, you need to look at what is slow. Start by working out if it's the server, the network or the client. Or a combination.
You need to measure. What does "slow" mean to you? Page load? Committing data? Do you have something you can compare it with to see if other things are "slow" as well?
Use the browser developer tools to see what is loading or executing slowly as a starter.
