There's nothing you can do with "service desk is slow".

When something is slow, you need to look at where and why.  "It's slow" is useless as a diagnostic, you need to look at what is slow.  Start by working out if it's the server, the network or the client.  Or a combination.

You need to measure.  What does "slow" mean to you?  Page load?  Committing data?  Do you have something you can compare it with to see if other things are "slow" as well?

Use the browser developer tools to see what is loading or executing slowly as a starter.

Hi All,

Step1: stop jira service desk 

Step2: verify the how many user are login (see user sections)

Step3: Database check(go to home directory choose file name db-config file connection polls)

Step4: Any network issues and first we need to ping the IP address 

Step5: JVM(maximum and minim)

Step6 :We are verify the addons(plugins)
