[solved] JIRA unresponsive

Hello,

I came back from holidays to this:

 And JIRA has been stuck on that for 10 mn. Should I wait longer?

Hi Miles,

 

I can see this issue is marked as SOLVED. I am also facing this issue. Could you please guide me what worked for your JIRA Instance?

As far as I can recall, I restarted/stopped it several times and eventually it started normally ...

JIRA could be doing an automated XML backup during the startup. If you can attach the atlassian-jira.log file here, then we can advise you further.
