Receiving emails twice when an issue is updated

Since installing Greenhopper 6 with a trial licence on top of our JIRA installation when I update an issue in a sprint (e.g. change the estimate) all subscribers are receiving two identical emails.

How do I stop this ?

Problem went away, never fathomed out why.

It could be caused by a third party plugin, as per suggestion in this kb article - https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5816. If any, try disabling the plugins and see if that makes any difference.
