Removing Fisheye references from JIRA

We've stopped using Fisheye (have switched to Stash) and so have removed the application link between JIRA and Fisheye. However, the "Source" tab of issues is still attempting (and failing) to show fisheye information. How do I stop this?

Hi there,

Did you restart FishEye and JIRA after removing the application link?

Which type of application link were you using?

We've shutdown Fisheye permanently. It was using a "Trusted Application" link. Is a JIRA restart all that's needed?
