Requirements Extraction

I've recently joined a copy that is using Atlassian (which is something entirely new to me).

I have a customer document (MSWord) with requirements ("shalls").  What tool / add-on can I use to extract each sentence containing a shall and get it into something usable from which to develop text matrices, requirements traceability matrices, etc.?  I'm familiar with DOORS and was hoping for something that does the same things.

Have you tried Requirements and Test Management for Jira (RTM)? 

We do not have the function of import requirements. In this regard, I recommend Jira native import from CSV - you must first prepare the file. This application allows you to organize the structure of the requirements and connect them directly to the testing process. Of course, traceability is also available.

I was hoping for something native to Jira that is like RTM.

I'm preparing a CSV file manually to do as you suggest.
