×We installed a time tracking app on our Jira cloud, which provides a look into all our projects. The trouble is, our customers also have access to our Jira and I don't want them to see this app integration. How can app visibility be restricted to a certain user group?
The visibility can only be restricted if the app has a feature that allows you to do that. Also, depending on the app you could change the project permission so only a particular group/project role have time tracking permissions.

If you are using Worklogs - Time Reports for Jira, you can manage the visibility of worklogs for certain users by going to Jira Settings (a cog icon) -> Apps/Add-ons -> Worklogs Permissions. Then disable the toggle for Who can access and select users that should have rights to use Worklogs app.
