Restrict transition flagged issue

Is it possible to restrict transition of an issue if it is flagged as impediment?

Hi @Marcelo Viana de Siqueira ,

you need to put in place a condition at workflow level so that specific transitions can be executed if issue is or not an impediment (custom field?).
