hi,i use jira 5.24 and i have a project and some issues, can i use differents security schemes for each issue because i need one kind of issue can be seen by a particular group and other issues by other different group in the same project.
Hi,
You need to have a Jira plugin "Set Issue Security Level From Group". You can find it in internet.
Then create a secuirty scheme with 2 security levels. And assign to project. You will have to maintain special group naming for automatic security setting to work properly.
BR,
Andris.
No. Security schemes are set on a project.
Security levels are set on the issues. Sounds to me like you need two security levels and a bit of code to automatically set the level on new issues.
