Could you please report a support ticket via your JIRA UI so that your logs are automatically attached to the ticket and sent to us? You may find the detailed instructions on how to create a ticket from JIRA on the link below:

I did remove the plug-in and re-install it and now I getting a 500 error when I go to the SLA tab.

As peter has mentioned - log file i.e. atlassian-jira.log
loction windows - C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\JIRA\log
linux - /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/log

Can you please take a look in your atlassian-jira.log file to see if there is more information to be found there.
You can find the log file in the log directory of you jira home directory.
