Slack to Jira integration

Is there a Jira to Slack integration that will allow slack mails/messages to be converted to Jira tickets?

*edit* - I just noticed you're using server, so I am not 100% sure my answer is correct since I was thinking about Cloud. but it's still worth checking though, as I suspect the answer is still in the slack marketplace.

Quite a few actually, you would set them up from the slack side.   Check out "Jirabot" (slack marketplace).

There are lots available, and you can also create your own using the slack workflow builder.

Hi Greg! I'd recommended checking out Halp. Halp is a ticketing tool that directly integrates with Jira to allow you to create, update, and comment bi-directionally between Jira<>Slack (or Teams).
