we have the requirement to give some of our customers the possibility to take a look what actually happens in our scrum teams. The Issue types they should see are Epics and Stories. Furthermore, the customers should only read the issues, but writing comments should be possible.
My question now is: which add-on is the solution for such a requirement?
I found some interesting tools. One is big picture, which has very good navigable views, but is very complex and i am not sure, if it is possible to hide information.
An other one is storiesoneboard, which is a separate tool, works like a story map. It can work on jira data and has a special customer mode, where customers can only read issues and write comments.
Maybe there is another good solution, what are your recommendations?
