Hi,
A customer is trying to OAuth using App Links from our application to their self hosted JIRA server. The request token is successfully taken but JIRA failes to redirect the user back to the application to exchange the request token for access token.
I'm not seeing anything useful in logs ourside and the only error message that are showing in the logs of the JIRA message is:
2014-03-17 16:48:27,474 http-bio-80-exec-581 WARN anonymous 1008x182268x2 152msjz xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx /plugins/servlet/streams [atlassian.streams.internal.StreamsCompletionService] Registering failure for stream provider ProdPad due to error other
What could be causing this error? The application link works for both on-demand and other self-hosted installs of JIRA so I'm baffled as to what is going on here.
Regards,
Simon

I believe ProdPad requires certain ports to be open in your firewall to get connected.
