I am trying to create a multiple Sub epic under epic is it possible in Jira.

You could use the "Portfolio" addon like Nic suggested. Or you can use a JIRA link type to link them together and use "Structure" plugin to visualize the links.

Not really, a sub-epic in that sense is a "story".  You could add the Portfolio addon and use "initiatives" to group together Epics though - a layer above Epic rather than below.
