Tempo - Jira link

Hi,

1. Is there any way of linking JIRA and Tempo together in a way that allows a task that has been created in JIRA to automatically appear in Tempo, rather than having to drag and drop the tasks into the tempo planner?
2. When a task is placed in the planner it seems to automatically assign a whole day's work for completion regardless of the amount of time that has been specified in the task itself. E.g. a task which has been allocated 4 hours, once dropped into the tempo planner, automatically changes to 7.3 hours. I know this can be manually changed, but it wastes a bit of time. Is there a way around this?

Hi Stacey,

both of these features are not yet available in Tempo Planner.  We value feedback and comments on how we can make Tempo better, so I recommend that you create a feature request in our Tempo Planner Project (https://tempoplugin.jira.com/browse/TP).

Tempo product owners are reviewing all requests for Tempo products and if the request is within the scope of the roadmap it is transitioned from the Needs Triage status.

Other users with similar requests can vote on these issues and contribute by adding comments that will help Tempo developers implement the request.
