Tempo : how to display a report for all employes per project

Hello all,

in Tempo, is it possible to display a report (eg. for 1 month) with the amount of time worked by employee by month.

Example :

Employee Name | Project A | Project B | Project C|

Sabrina Audet| 2.0 | 16.5 | 36 |

John Smith | 25 | 37 | 5 |

Also, i'm trying to display a report with all employes, but the only way I was able to do that was to create a Team including all employes... Is there a way to do that without creating a Team?

I found that I have this feature through the Project Pivot report.
