Test Case bulk upload in jira

I would like to upload csv file for test case as sub-task under test plan.But then it cannot be uploaded in jira.The error is "I must specify the summary".

What kind of test management app are you using? Is it TestFLO? The concept with Test Plans and sub-task Test Cases sounds familiar :)
