Hi

In our instance of Jira Data Server, we have one user who doesn't receive email notifications. This is despite the notification helper confirming that the user does receive notifications. The permission helper also confirms that the user can browser the project. I've also checked the SES suppression list and they are not on that list. Lastly The user does receive test emails sent out to them under system > outgoing mail.

The emails are being sent to the user from what I see according to description.

Can you check user's spam inbox or junk mails?

Hi Anzar

I've just checked them all, none of the affected users get the email notifications in their junk mail. I also enabled outgoing mail log debugging and according to those logs all affected users had the emails sent out to them, there was no error in the log.

Thanks!
