The Jira server could not be contacted...... error occur

I see the message The JIRA server could not be contacted. This may be a temporary glitch or the server may be down.

I am using JIRA 4.x on Window.

Most of the time, I need to restart JIRA  then it will fix. But if these issue will occur n number of times then I need to restart JIRA n number of times.

How can I fix the issue  if these occurs n number of times?

Please suggest us.

There are quite a variety of reasons that result in that error, sometimes it pertain to third-party plugins. Hence, we need to check the stack trace associated with the error to identify the cause.

Common causes:
