Time (hh:mm) format custom field

Is there any add-on for time format custom field (hh:mm) ?

ie: 05:23

So I can search for issues where timefield > 3:00.

Note: It is not related to spent work time to resolve the issue.

Epic Sum Up has an Custom Field Time which can be used to hold Durations (e.g. 3h 14m).

It cannot format the Time as "time of the day" e.g. 16:30 though.

Yes. Try KCF, free. You will have SIL CF, and you need only to build a simple script.
