Hi,
I can easily get data for "Time in Status" but I need something a little wider:
Status 1
Status 2
Status ...
Status 10
Any idea how I can get (for example) the average time taken from going into Status 2, to going into Status 9? Needs to be a saveable report, if it helps we have eazybi
Hi @John Wood ,
I'm exploring EasyBi for my projects, so apologies if you've already tried this. I found two pages in their documentation that may hep:
https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import/import-issue-change-history
Does this get you close?

Hi @John Wood
With Time in Status for Jira Cloud, you can easily track the number of times an issue has been in every status. Also, you can get the information about the time in status for each stage in a workflow and the number of times a task has gone from status to status.
Moreover, you can export all necessary data as a report in XLS or CVS file and set up a teamwork schedule to exclude non-working hours or days. Based on this extracted custom report you can proceed with your corporate analysis.
The add-on is constantly improving and develops the ability to show an average time spend in status in the grid. So any time soon, this data can be seen directly in the application.
Best regards,
Julia
