Translate custom field options for customer portal

I have a custom field that is a Select List (Cascading). However, I didn't find any way to translate the options that I added in my custom field when I add it to the the customer portal. I seem to be able to translate the field name and description, but not its content.

Is there a simple way to do that?

Hi Mathieu,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to translate the content of custom fields.

However, there is a feature request open for this to be implemented, you can access it in the below link.
