Unable to Export Ticket list to Excel

I used to be able to export Jira ticket list for a filter to Excel. But not any more.

I need this feature to be working on a daily basis for 2 categories of tickets to be sent to my teams , in the current sprint.

Please suggest.

Are you seeing an error message of any sort?

You can try to re-authorize the connection as follows;

Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps and click on 'Remove access' next to the entry for Excel (if it exists)
Launch Microsoft Excel and from the Jira Cloud app within Excel, try to fetch the issues from your cloud site by establishing the connection again (from within Excel)
