Hello Everybody,

The behavior reported in this thread was caused by an incident that affected some Cloud instances between 6UTC and 9UTC last Friday.

A public update about this incident was posted to the Atlassian's status page for Jira Software and you can find it by clicking on the below link:

 

For the future:

  • When observing any unexpected change of behavior/misbehavior you can visit the Atlassian's status page hub to check for ongoing incidents at: https://status.atlassian.com/
  • You can also subscribe to the status page for any product you own, so that you will be notified in case of any ongoing Incident affecting those products, by following the below steps:
    1. Go to https://status.atlassian.com/
    2. Open the status pages for each of Atlassian's products and services you would like to be notified about (e.g. in this case Jira Software)
    3. Click on the Subscribe to Updates button (upper left corner of the page).

We had the same issue a couple of minutes ago. But it magically works again!

 

Try again, it will probably be solved :)
