Unable to import certain file extensions via CSV Import (JIRA)

Hi,

I am trying to import attachments through csv, most file extensions import fine but not .rc or .mp4.

Any idea why it is not importing it?

I am getting this error:

• An exception occurred dealing with attachment 'http://10.12.128.119/1027/res_fra_strings.rc'

I found solution for this problem. If i add these files to zip and then i am able to import it to jira

is it larger then the allowable attachement size?

No it is not larger than attachment size.
