Hello,

I'm unable to log information from listeners owned by script runner plugin in JIRA 7.13 (on previous version - 7.7.2 this functionality was worked correctly).

All of my listeners managed and owned by script runner plugin have informations that listener  'Has not run yet' which is not correct (logs on server exist - listener is triggered and functionalities work correctly as well).

Could you all help me with that, please?

P.S.
Changing level of logs is not working as well - log.info; log.debug; log.warn doesn't work.

Hi @Szymon,

if log.error doesn't work either and a simple logging script does't show anything (e.g. log.error("cow") then you might want to create a support ticket with the add-on vendor to see if this is a bug or not.

I hope this helps a bit.

Disabling and re-enabling the Listener seemed to fix this bug instantly for us, but it does appear to be a bug in ScriptRunner.

We had identical Groovy scripts, with identical configurations, on identical test and production server instances and yet the GUI indicated the script had only ever run on one of the instances.  The atlassian-jira.log was updated on both servers.
