Unable to update due date, priority fields

Hello

On our jira server with the "email this issue" addon, we are not able to update due date and priority fields upon creating an issue from email. (Summary, description are OK).

Where could the problem lie?

Error log indicated "parsing problem" and with excellent support of supplier (Email this issue), I could solve the problem.
