We need update to JIRA v6.3.5 or upper because we are going to buy JIRA Service Desk licence.

How much does it cost? How do we upgrade?

Your licence has an expiry date.  If the target version of JIRA was released before that date, you can upgrade to it (even if it has expired).  No costs.  

If your licence has expired and you want a release after the end date, then you'll need to renew the licence to upgrade.
