Urgent Support Issue but Unable to submit Request

I have an urgent support issue, but I'm unable to submit a support ticket. I keep getting an error saying something went wrong, please try submitting again. Is there another way to contact support?

I'm having the same issue today using Chrome browser. I was able to submit my request using Firefox in the end. Probably the difference was that in the Firefox a Captcha widget just above the submit bottom was displayed while on Chrome it wasn't there.

Yes, I know about this link, but, as I explained in my original post, every time I use it, I get an error: Something went wrong, please try submitting your request again
