We are working to set up a dashboard where our Stakeholders can go to get up-to the minute status updates on out Sprints.
The Dashboard segement seemed perfect for this, but I am having problems with 2 of the Gadgets. The Sprint Burndown and Agile Wallboard gadgets intermittently just go blank. Has anyone seen this and if so, is there a solution?
I have tried different browsers, refreshing, and restarting JIRA. When they go blank, they go blank for everyone. When the work, they work for everyone.
Same here, sprint burndown gadget not working in wallboard if not logged in!
This problem happens for us too. We are using Jira Server 7.9.2... does anyone know if there is a fix for this in the works? It is very inconvenient for our users.
