Hi All,
is there a way to change the "old issue" status in a board. For issues that are older than 14 days we get this message (see image below). We commonly have tickets that runs for months and are not touched.
Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks a lot
Alberto
I had the same question than you. And I found answer here :
While this is an old thread, it is not answered:
In Jira server 7.13.9, the setting is under "General" > "Hide completed issues older than".

Can you provide more description? Is this Scrum or Kanban? Are you looking at the backlog or current sprints? Do you have a filter that is only showing recently modified issues? I have issues that sit in a backlog on a Scrum board for years and still appear.

That is a kanban board, we do not have active sprints. I was expecting the same thing, old issues should appear but I cannot find where this is configured like this.
