Hi,
I believe this is the issue we saw only after upgraded our JIRA Software to 7.2.4 (from 7.1.9), in LInux:
In any issue detail view, we could see the View Workflow button next to the Status, but clicking on this gave us only a popup screen with the spinning wheel, spinning forever.
We have tested with all browsers and users, including us as admin.
As an admin if we click to edit workflow, then we can see and change the workflow as normal. But we are not able to view the workflow directly from an issue.
Is there anything we should do to fix this?
Thanks
Hung
I'm seeing the same issue in JIRA cloud version. This error shows up when I inspect the page....

I have a similar issue after upgrading to 7.5 and found a clearing the cache on your browser fixes the issue. I haven't been able to recreate it and only happens sporadically. I'm also not finding any errors on the logs so not really sure the cause. I've searched for add-on issues but so far no luck on it.

Our issue with the view workflow spinning was due to an expired plugin trial. After we uninstalled, the problem went away.

I do have some plugins that have expired but was told that if you uninstalled expired plugin that it would cause issues that used it while it was in trail period to fail.

We uninstalled and did not have any problems, but I don't know if your specific plugins would cause problems. It probably would be best if you could create a test environment to test... or confirm with Atlassian support, or plugin vendor support, if uninstalling will really cause problems.

FWIW I found the bug reported in Atlasssian support here with a posted workaround.

I'm having the same issue reported by Hung. It used to work, but now it just spins. This is the only thing I see in the log:

Are there any errors in atlassian-jira.log?
