I WORK AT A FULL SERVICE MARINA AND OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT JIRA TO GET INFO ON. WE WOULD NEED IT TO SUBMIT SERVICE TICKETS, GET REAL TIME UPDATES, INFO SHARE B/W DEPARTMENTS, SEND ESTIMATES/RECEIVE APPROVALS, ORDER PARTS, ETC..... THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT VERSIONS AND I DONT KNOW WHICH IS BEST.
Looking at your requirements, I would suggest Jira Service Management due to it providing an asset manager which would help with service requests, collaboration between departments and also and in particular with the order management you described.

Do note that you could still achieve a lot of the functionality with the basic Jira and potentially some add-ins if the above doesn’t provide all you need.
I will suggest reading what each product gives you out of the box and then planning around it. You can also get trials for each and test them to see what works best for you before committing to it.
