Context :

I have a US in a sprint,

Everything is okay, the story is put to DONE.

The sprint is completed.

Action :

Then I create a new sprint.

The previous US is impacted so I want to add this story to the new sprint.

Observed :

The story is added to the sprint.

The story is DONE

Expected result :

The story is added to the sprint.

The story is TO DO

If the story is done, I don't understand why you'd reopen it.  If it's a bug, you can link and reference the original story, but best practice is, for accepted and "done, done, done" stories, a new user story is created for a new request and you can link to the previous story for traceability.  If you move the old story into the sprint, don't count the story points again.

Look at the status of the issue and what the "done" column contains on the board(s) the sprint belongs to.  What are they?
