When multiple subtasks are completed

정대규 August 3, 2022

When creating a story issue with automation, I made several sub tasks to be created.
When multiple sub tasks are all done, can I make the upper story issue become done?

It was possible to set the parent story issue to be completed when one sub task is completed, but I do not know how to check if all other sub tasks are completed.

Hi @정대규

You need to setup a project automation to achieve this. I'm attaching a screenshot of the automation you need to setup. I've similar config for my project and it works.

Please mark it as accepted if this works for you.

project closed only when all subtasks are closed.png

Also add a validator in the parent workflow as below.

Thanks,
Aditya
