Where can i find my cancelled issue

Hello team

I planified my sprint v01.

In this sprint i have one issue that it's cancelled (status = cancelled).

I do not see more my issue in my sprint , it's removed from sprint i can not find it in the baklog .

Note if i reopen my sprint i can find my issue .

You could check the filter of your board

Hi Karim,

if the resolution was set, then it will probably not be shown in the Backlog. 

You could create a Quick Filter in your main board (Backlog) to display the cancelled issues.

Hello @Aline  yes the resolution was set as Rejected , but why i ca see the issues that are with status Done and also the resolution as set (Completed) ?

So in this 2 cases the resolution was set , but why done issue appear in the backlog , and cancelled issue do not appear is't a design way of jira ?

Hi Karim,

You have to take a look into the filter of your board and see why some issues are excluded. 
Also, it might be the "Rejected" status is not mapped to any Board Status. 
Verify that in the Board > Configuration > Columns
