Why are there 2 Attachments fields showing on general issue page?

Greetings,

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere. When I open an issue in its general web browser display page (non-edit, non-create...), I see 2 Attachments fields. I only want one (the one asking to Drop files...). I have sadm_ rights to edit. I realize this field is likely a system-generated field, but I'm not seeing any Attachments fields as part of any of my Screen Schemes and such, so at this point have no recourse to hide or delete.

How do I get rid of the second Attachments field? See attached pic.

Lol. I am not from Zephyr, I have same bug on my instance. Lets wait for them @Keith

- The issue is confirmed and the plugin is Zephyr for Jira plugin.

Lets wait for bug fix from Zephyr Dev Teams

my first guess would be associated w/ an addon. either by design or a bug associated w/ compatibility issue. but just a guess. Any recent updates in Jira or addons?
