Workflow Transition Buttons Do Not Appear

Hello,

For one project Workflow Transition Buttons disappeared.

I run the integrity Check, I manually created a new workflow , I removed all the conditions from the new workflow. No luck.

I even used the same workflow in another project and the workflow buttons shows up without any issues.   This is the only project with this type of problem.

Any other ideas to help me ?

Thank you.

  1. Does this project have different permission scheme?
  2. Does this project have different roles?
  3. Does the permission scheme for this project has proper transition issues permission?
  4. Have you done any change in configurations or custom fields and not performed re-indexing?
  5. What is different in this project than others? (different issue types?, roles?, permissions?)

The problem was noone had the permissions for  " transition issues". It seems like someone changed the permissions for transition issues.

Thank you all.

This should help getting Jira logs

And inspecting elements with your browser will depend on the browser but it will probably involve right clicking then choosing inspect or element at the bottom of the right click menu

Thanks for your response, but as I mentioned above I tried all. This is related to that specific project since the workflow works perfect when it is being used by other projects.

Did you try to inspect the elements with the browser to see anything strange?
