How can my team workload bee considered when used in multiple plans?
On my plan it always consider my team with full free capacity but it is used i other plan also. what is not automatically considered.
Should I workaroud this creating individual teams and setting static disponibility to each plan?

I think you can add issues from all project to one roadmap (plan in Jira Cloud) and add estimation & time tracking fields.
Also try to use Tempo.
