Zephyr: Error "Could not locate resource: /download/resources/com.thed.zephyr.je:zephyr-je-schedule/content/css/images/wait.gif"

This error comes up a few times a day, resulting in the whole JIRA being very slow during occurance.

Is the error message misleading? If not: where can I find this directory to put the wait.gif into?

I restarted JIRA and re-indexed JIRA and Zephyr later.

Since then this error didn't occur again.
